01 · Principle
Custom Craftsmanship
Each Vaha print is produced specifically for you upon order. Because every piece is custom-made to your unique specifications, we do not maintain inventory. Consequently, bespoke creations are not eligible for general returns or exchanges based on change of mind.
The 24-Hour Rule
All claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Reports submitted after this window will be considered resolved.
Report IssueThe Unboxing Video
To ensure transparent resolution for shipping damages, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all claims. This video must clearly show the unopened external packaging, shipping label and subsequent discovery of the defect or damage.
No claims will be entertained without this visual proof.Exclusions
Colour Variations
Slight variations due to screen previews, paper texture and print technique are natural to the process and are not considered defects.
Customer Errors
We are not responsible for spelling errors, format issues or low-resolution artwork once the approved proof has been confirmed.
Change of Mind
Because our prints are made to order, returns for stylistic preference or change of mind are not accepted after approval.
Refund Details
Once the production phase has commenced, refunds are no longer possible as materials have been committed to your custom project.
In the rare event of a successful refund claim, shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the client.
