The quotation provided is based on the quantity confirmed at the time of order placement.

If the required quantity is increased or decreased after order confirmation, the quotation will be revised accordingly.

• Any discounts, offers, or pricing applicable to the originally confirmed quantity may not apply to the revised quantity.
• Changes in quantity may affect the overall production cost, delivery timeline, and final order value.
• Revised pricing will be communicated before proceeding with production.

We offer Free Standard Delivery on eligible orders above the applicable minimum quantity.

For orders where the customer requests split shipments, multiple delivery locations, or separate dispatches for the same order, additional shipping charges may apply.

• Free standard delivery is applicable only once per order.
• Any additional shipment requests beyond the original delivery arrangement will be chargeable.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, and production schedules.

The quotation provided covers only the scope specifically mentioned in the quotation.

Unless otherwise specified, the quotation includes invitation design, printing, mentioned materials and finishes, and listed crafting elements.

• Any changes to design specifications, quantities, materials, finishes, or crafting requirements after quotation approval may require a revised quotation.
• If the confirmed quantity is split into multiple production batches, pricing may be revised accordingly.
• Additional services, modifications, or upgrades requested after approval may be charged separately.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all approved artwork before production.

This includes names, dates, time, venue details, contact information, QR codes, spellings, and content.

Once final approval is received and production begins, further changes may not be possible.

• Any reprints required after approval, irrespective of the reason, will be chargeable.

Production timelines begin only after final design approval and advance payment confirmation, where applicable.

Dispatch timelines are estimated and may vary based on order volume, material availability, courier operations, and external circumstances beyond our control.

As all products are custom-made and personalized, orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

In the event of transit damage or missing items, an unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened is mandatory.

Claims raised without supporting video evidence may not be eligible for replacement consideration.

By confirming an order with Vaha Prints, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
