Every order begins with a conversation. Once the design direction, quantity, paper, finish and timeline are confirmed on WhatsApp, your booking is treated as a personal commission created specifically for your occasion.
Before production, we share the final design proof for your approval. Please review spellings, names, dates, venues, language, colours and layout carefully, as production begins only after your confirmation.
Production begins after approval. Changes requested after printing or finishing has started may require revised timelines and additional charges, depending on the stage of work completed.
Paper texture, print pressure, foil impression, edge finishing and colour perception may vary slightly across pieces. These are not defects; they are part of the handcrafted quality that makes every Vaha print feel alive.
Timelines are confirmed after final approval and quantity confirmation. Delivery dates may vary based on production complexity, courier operations and destination.
WhatsApp is our primary enquiry and project coordination channel. Please share all references, approvals and corrections there for clarity.
Cancellation depends on the current stage of design and production. Once customized materials or printing work has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Yes. Screen previews, paper stocks, lighting and printing methods can create slight differences. These artisanal variations are part of the tactile nature of print.
Approvals are confirmed through WhatsApp. Once you approve the final proof, Vaha Prints proceeds according to that approved design.
